Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape level across your back.

Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, usually just above the navel.

Measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat, keeping the tape level all the way around.

Measure from the top of the inner thigh down to the ankle, following the inside of the leg.

- Cold water and mild detergent recommended
- Turn garments inside out before washing to protect colour and fabric
- Wash after each wear if needed
